Glace Icing
Ingredients:
- 3 cups icing sugar
- 2 tsn butter, melted
- 3 tbsn hot water
Method:
- Place the water and butter into a bowl. Add the icing sugar and beat with electric beaters until smooth.

I have tried this before with glace icing with passionfruit pulp and with balsamic strawberries but feel the texture and taste with icing sugar really hero’s the vanilla custard 🙂
